10. Refund and Cancellation Policy(Family-based Tutoring Services)

Refunds for family-based (non school or district based) tutoring sessions must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may not be eligible for a refund.

Aspire Education Alliance reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
