Aspire Education Alliance services are intended for schools, students, parents, and community members seeking educational and support services. By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

Aspire Education Alliance provides tutoring, academic enrichment, financial literacy education, and social-emotional learning support, both online and in-person. Availability and pricing may vary based on services needed, eligibility and income verification, including sliding scale discounts for parents/guardians.

4. Package B Disclaimer

Please note that all eight (8) tutoring sessions included in Package B must be used within the month in which the package is purchased. Unused sessions do not roll over or carry forward to the following month and will expire at the end of the month.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes.

• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful content.

• Disrupt the operation of the website or compromise security.

10. Refund and Cancellation Policy(Family-based Tutoring Services)

Refunds for family-based (non school or district based) tutoring sessions must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may not be eligible for a refund.

11. Modifications

Aspire Education Alliance reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
